Alcohol addiction is a serious problem. People who are alcoholics or problem drinkers must be treated by qualified professionals. First, our patients enter our partner’s detox facility to undergo supervised medical detox. During this time, they are overseen by personnel who have experience supervising medical detox. Quitting alcohol alone is not an option for people who have been addicted to drinking for years. Those choosing that option face the risk of major medical problems resulting from the sudden withdrawal of alcohol. Once the patient has completed the initial detox period, they will be transported to our state-of-the-art facility to continue their rehabilitation.
Our Treatment Helps You Change Your Behavior
Detox clears the alcohol from your system, but without major behavioral changes, it does not ensure that you will maintain your sobriety for the rest of your life. Our evidence based-treatment program follows a proven path that frees patients from the misery of alcoholism. Patients receive individualized treatment with a strong emphasis on one-on-one counseling, and they participate in group counseling sessions.
Our inpatient alcohol rehab program provides patients with the tools they need to be successful at maintaining their sobriety. We perform a medical assessment of every patient to ensure that they do not have untreated psychiatric issues that may contribute to their destructive behaviors. If a dual diagnosis is suspected, our caring professionals will develop a strategy to treat both the addiction and the underlying mental issue, whether it is depression, bipolar disorder, or another type of mental condition. Our programs last 30, 60, or 90 days. Extended care options that last longer than 90 days are also available.
Ongoing Care for Alcohol Dependency
People who successfully detox rely on counseling to help them detect the triggers that caused them to drink too much in the first place. Many times, the outward-facing symptoms of alcoholism are just the tip of the iceberg, masking deeper issues that must be resolved over time. Once patients are sober in a safe environment, healing is much easier. Sobriety starts with one step, which sets in motion a series of steps to help strengthen the patient’s resolve. One-on-one counseling and group therapy are very effective methods for determining the root causes of a patient’s problems, serving as a catalyst for lasting lifestyle changes.
